Doyles Room Closes Doors to US Players
Following the ban of online poker for US players, there has been some more bad news as Doyle's Room announced that it has finally closed its doors to US players as a result of the Unlawful Internet Gambling Enforcement Act passed president Bush.
Doyle's Room made the announcement to their players on Monday night with the following message - "As you may be aware, the management of the Doyle Brunson Poker Network has decided not to permit online real money play by U. S. based players."

Hershey in sponsorship deal with WSOP for 2007
World Series of Poker (WSOP) brand owner Harrah's Entertainment has revealed that chocolate manufacturer Hershey is to be one of the main sponsors of the 2007 WSOP event. Hershey will run a series of WSOP related promotions as part of the deal, offering two Sweet Seats to the main event, along with trips to Las Vegas and other special offers.
