FallsView to host the WPT Canadian Open 2006

It was announced that Fallsview Casino resort will be hosting the World Poker Tour Canadian Open. Niagara Fallsview Casino Resort is the largest gaming facility in Canada and is a great venue for any WPT event. The 2.5 million square foot complex includes more than 3,000 slot machines, 140 gaming tables, a 368-room luxury hotel.

Poker unknown wins the Legends of Poker 2006

Few people had heard the name Joe Pelton before the World Poker Tour Legends of Poker main event. He was facing players like Hoyt Corkins and Scotty Nguyen at the final table and in the end he came out victorious taking home $1.5 million.
