Walking Sticks - The holdem starting hand Seven - Seven (7-7).
Wayne Gretzky - The holdem starting hand Nine - Nine (9-9).
Wheel - A wheel is the poker hand A-2-3-4-5, the lowest possible straight.
Wild Card - Wild card are used in some poker game variations. The designated wild card may act as any card of your choice. So it may be a 2 but you can play it as an Ace, or any other card in a standard 52 deck pack.
Wired - Pair A pair in your starting hand. Pocket Pair.
Woolworths - The holdem starting hand of Five - Ten (5-T).
World Poker Tour -The World Poker Tour is a series of poker tournament events featuring the worlds most professional players. The tournament was started by Steven Lipscombe who is now the CEO of WPT Enterprises, the company that controls the World Poker Tour.
World Series of Poker - The World Series of Poker is the king of all tournaments. The WSOP is a a prestigious set of poker tournaments held every year in Las Vegas and lasts just over one month. There are always more than fifty events and the winner of each event gets a winners WSOP bracelet. The main event is the last event to be played and is a no-limit Holdem tournament which costs $10,000 to buy in and always offers multi million dollar prize pools.
