American Airlines
American Airlines is the term used for the starting hand AA. In Holdem, pre flop, a pair of aces (or Bullets, rockets, pocket rockets) is the strongest hand possible. Once the flop has been dealt there are many ways that two aces can be beaten.
In poker weak players often get married to their hands, particularly when the have the best starting hand, and lose unnecessary amounts of their stack when they are beaten. Whilst a player might wait all night to hit Bullets, one should be careful on the flop of running cards or a pair on the board.
