World Series of Poker (WSOP) - Main Event Past Winners
Here are all the winners of the WSOP main event all the way back to 1970 when Johnny Moss won that famous game with Nick the Greek Dandolos. The prize pool for 2005 WSOP main event was to be the largest in WSOP history and was in excess of $5,000,000. On to the 2006 World Series and Jamie Gold took down a cool 11 Million beating some very stiff opposition on route (getting his fair share of cards). 2007 is now set to be closer to 20 Million US and looks likely only to increase.
