Louisiana Poker Rules
Louisiana starts when all players ante. Players are then dealt 2 cards face down. All players then have the opportunity to view one of their 2 cards followed by a round of betting.
Next players can then either put the card that they picked up down or stick with the card that they picked up.
In this variant, if the player chooses to put the card down they picked up this card is now thrown away. Another round of betting now, then a showdown. The player with the highest card wins the pot. In the event that 2 or more players have the same card, the winner will be determined by the suit of the card- Spade (best), Heart, Diamond, Club (worst).
