Playtech has even already confirmed that should the sale take place, they would "ensure a smooth handover of the business".

They also seem to be of the opinion that they will remain the main service provider to the William Hill brand, however, with the iPoker network failing to thrive, we wouldn't be surprised if William Hill exercised more than just the call option.
