Posted:February 2015PokerStars are celebrating their 9th anniversary of the Sunday Million with a special tournament and a whopping prize pool of $9,000,000. The tournament kicks off on Sunday 15th March at 2pm EST.
The volume of players that will transcend on PokerStars for the event is likely to be very high, especially considering the buy in is staying at $215. The only other time PokerStars has offered a bigger prize pool was their 10th anniversary which saw a prize pool offered in excess of 12 Million.
The winner of this next edition will be guaranteed at least $1,000,000. Might be a good Monday to book off.
There are a ton of qualifiers running starting at just $1. There's also a monster satellite with 1000 seats guaranteed an hour before the tournament starts. Late registration will be open for 3 hours.
