Rules of Psycho Poker
Psycho Poker is a game is a variation of 7 Card Stud. The initial deal is five cards face down are dealt to each player followed by a round of betting. After this betting round all players show their 3 best card combination from their hole cards dealt so far. These cards will then be turned so that they are up cards.
Out of the 3 cards that were turned up, the
player with the best 3 card combination opens the second round of betting and leads out. Once the second round of betting is complete, each player is dealt another hole card, face up. As
in the previous round, the best hand opens the third round of betting.
At the third betting round, all players are dealt a seventh card, this time face down. All players
will now have 4 cards face down and three face up. The player with the best hand showing (up cards only) opens a
final betting round then players turn cards at showdown. The best 5 card hand wins the pot.
